Stage 1 - Associate


 
The stage 1 (Associate stage) is a 2 x 2 Matrix made up of 2 levels comprising a total of 6 people. All you have to do is refer 2 people (level 1) or better still 6 people (level 2) and you qualify to the next stage with the following earnings and incentives.

• Level 1 Referral Bonus earned by referring 2 people: $8 x2 people = $16
• Level 2 Referral Bonus earned by referring a total of 6 people = $8 x 6 = $48
• Matrix Bonus for completing the Associate Level = $10

  Stage 2 - Masters:

The second stage (Master) is made up of  2X5 Matrix made up of 5 levels comprising of a total of 62 people

Total Money earned = $1,000
BONUS: In addition once you have finished this stage (Masters Stage), you are given the following

10% matching bonus to upliner, ( meaning that 10% of whatever your down line makes as regards to referrals and bonus is paid to you , this is called the Matching Bonus.

  HOW HELPING HANDS INTERNATIONAL WORKS
If you like the vision and the business/empowerment opportunity of Helping Hands Int’l you are required to make a non-refundable partnership/membership investment fee of $40 (TZS 90,000), and you become a stage 1 (Associate) member.

STAGE 1 – ASSOCIATE

Ø  As an ASSOCIATE member you can then introduce at least 2 other people and these people introduce their own 2 people each. You get $8 for each person you personally introduce. If you personally introduced all 6 people in stage 1, you get $8 x 6 = $48 plus $10 matrix bonus making a total of $58, and you move to stage 2 (MASTER) member.

v  To become a member of this NGO and enjoy all those benefits it is offering, you need to pay $40 or TZS 90,000. This is your membership fee.
You are to contact the person who invited you to this program either through a report like this or any other means, avoid paying someone via a phone unless you know him, otherwise it’s important to visit our offices especially here in Dar es Salaam, but also you can visit other offices wherever in the world and pay your membership fee and get your receipt, then you are ready to go.
In the other side, it is not the company officials alone that will be registering new members. You can also register members alone but it’s important you go with a new member at the offices so that you create trust on the new member.

v  It is your sponsor (the person that brought you in) that will register you. You have to send the money to him or her to register you, and let me remind you it’s important for you to visit the H2I offices with your sponsor for assurance of your money unless you know the guy, it’s not important for you to visit the office premises.
